Gail is a 21 year Banking veteran who realized that the next stage of her career was destined to be focused on her true passion; dogs. In addition to being the mother of 3 daughters and 3 dogs, Gail started small by boarding in her home and gained more insights from attending a professional dog care internship program.

Neil is a creative entrepreneur with over 30 years in the seafood industry. He has been around dogs all his life and has never met a dog he has not been able to get to warm up to him! He is passionate and comfortable with all dogs and is very knowledgeable in their handling. With his food production background, it was a natural fit for Neil to develop our delicious, healthy, high quality raw dog food, RAWGANIC in 2016. He had many volunteers ready to test it during development.
